Valence d'Agen The market held every Tuesday morning  definitely deserves a visit.  You can find clothing, household items and an amazing range of plants and produce.  Purchase  direct  from  the  local farmers.
Son et Lumière dates in July and August

Moissac  Set on the banks of the Tarn River and Canal Lateral.  Renowned for its Chasselas grapes, and its Benedictine cloister.  Busy market Saturday and Sunday mornings.  Frequent summer concerts.
Huge fair on Whitsun Monday

Rocequor Small but dynamic hilltop village.  Sunday  morning  market.  Practically every week-end diverse events;  antiques,  plants, music.  Café/Restaurant with a shady terrace.

Montaigu de Quercy  Boasts a wonderful man-made lake with sandy beaches, pedal boats, waterslide and lakeside
restaurant.  Saturday market.

Montauban  Busy town with museums, beautiful architecture, shops and  markets.  Home of Ingres and Bourdel.  Son et Lumière in September to commemorate the 400 coups, when the people defended their town against the King's troops

as well as organising many  land-based festivities throughout the year
